I haven't weighed myself again...I think it's too soon. I'm thinking next month. I haven't really restricted my diet because I've found that just doesn't work.
I'm gonna try this whole more fruits/veggies and everything bad for you in moderation. It seems to be working.
Some days I want a juicy burger with a side of fries and a Sprite. Basically something sopping in grease and ketchup.....*daydreams*
but this rice,broccoli, and baked chicken will do.....for now. (It's actually pretty tasty but those cravings are something else)
Sooo, I'm on this same "Look Better Naked" routine...just I need to gain 10-15 pounds! Hopefully I can be as motivated as you ughhhh
