Mediumest Loser #1

Day 2 of being back in the gym!! After a month of fast food and no exercise, I was sure that my workout was going to be a struggle. But it wasn't!! I still got it. Tomorrow I'm kicking the cardio up a notch!! I've decided to give up pasta and all of its goodness. I love pasta and all that it stands for but my thighs and excess stomach flab feel the opposite. Pasta I will miss you.....*sobs and what not* I was going to give up carbs as a whole... but I couldn't let go of oatmeal for breakfast!!
I'm in my early twenties and I want my body to reflect that. ;-)
I've got about a month to get my body ready for my 23rd birthday!!! ((I like goals))

No pasta, no fried foods, more veggies/fruits, more cardio, and MORE SLEEP!!!!
