Second Week into Operation Birthday Body!! Working out has become second nature...just another moment in my day. ;-) The workouts are tough but I know the results are gonna be great!! Right now this picture is my desktop *Looks down*
Now if Halle Berry isn't motivation...I don't know what is. She's 44 years old and her body is BANGING. I am not mad but baybee when I'm on that elliptical atempting to sweat the pounds away I think about her and Beyonce's resident four pack (it's not quite a six pack. #noshade)
So the weigh in has been changed from this week to next week. I gotta step it up next week. I wanna see different numbers on the scale. I did crack today ((Doritos and twix)) *wall slide* But I'm pretty sure it's linked to PMS and ranging hormones. But no worries I worked it off ;-) I started a food diary. Yes I'm documenting every morsel of food that hits these lips. I'm not kidding about getting in shape. I know how to workout but I love to eat. ((I'm convinced I was fat and happy or just a socialite with a fast metabolism in my past life)) Now all I need to make these workouts more tolerable is an ipod. Yes I'm still complaining about it. I actually lost it around this time last year. It's an anniversary of sorts. Lol. >>>Why haven't you gotten a new one by now? *currently thinking of ways to be an adult of justifying purchasing an electronic device in light of all of the other things that I need. Key word: Need.* Anywho, the workouts must go on. They will :-)
