Messy is as messy does

This post was written sometime in August 2011 It's been sitting in the draft folder. Perhaps I wanted to come back to it or I simply forgot about it...the happenings that prompted this post are a little fuzzy but are surprisingly still accurate eight months later!
I tweeted tonight "Chile chicks these days are messy.....I want no part. O_o" Two friends replied, informing me that women have always been messy. It was as though they were saying it was human nature. At first, I scoffed at the notion that messiness was encoded into my DNA. But then I really began to think about my own friendships and the other friendships that my girls had
But....Women are messy.
Yes I just made a gross generalization about my gender but baybee......there is some truth to that.
Each woman has her own set of unwritten rules that she follows when it comes to the dealings of other women. Problems arise because not every girl is reading the same playbook. After a few conversations with some besties about some recent mess, I realized that some girls don't have any "rules" at all. I'm all about "to each their own" and "everything aint for everybody" however there are some things I can't get with....

Don't lie about your recklessness when confronted *flag on the play*---I never understood doing reckless things and then lying about it. Why do it? If someone (presumably a friend) asks me about the hoodrat things I did the previous weekend, I'm going to offer a truthful response. Maybe divulging details...maybe not. But I would never flat out lie about something I was a part of. It seems a bit counterproductive to me.
I also can't support the she said-she said nonsense. I've been in the middle of that in high school and in college. I want no part. At least I can I say that I was consistent about the things that I said. All parties involved got the same story. That whole "Oh I didn't say this" or "I didn't call you out your name" is a load of crap. Mean what you say, say what you mean, or say nothing at all.
Chicks whose barks are bigger than their bites need to have a whole stadium worth of seats. O_o How are you going to go on and on about another chick and when the opportunity arises to handle the situation snatch a track  , you become mute??? Again, it seems to be counterproductive. All these words but no action behind them. They are just useless letters you decided to string together and not utilize.
ALSO, subtweeting is for losers. AT that heaux. I don't send subtweets....I make phone calls. Real G's move in silence like lasagna. Not.
