10 Things I Wish Men Could Experience

  1. Periods. Introducing Aunt Flow is a joy that I would love to impart on my male counterparts
  2. Bloating. Has a guy tried to put on his favorite jeans and couldn't button it due to their swelling abdomen?? Sweatpants become the only option
  3. Childbirth. Enough said
  4. Inappropriate cat calling, ogling, and reckless touching. I'm sure after experiencing a night in my stilettos they would realize getting my attention with a "Hey ma" and an a** grab is not attractive at all
  5. Sexism. Since sexism seems to be a problem only experienced by women, Take a walk in my shoes and maybe they would finally realize that owning a vagina does not make me less capable.
  6. Thongs. They are fun, sexy even. I'm convinced a man invented thongs. Because of that I think they should wear one and see what it's like.
  7. Periods. I just started mine and I think the men in my life should empathize. There is nothing remotely sexy about it.
  8. I was going to say visits to the doctor for that yearly physical. But I think both groups would agree they are equally necessary and increasingly awkward.
  9. Getting dressed for a night out. Do you know how much thought goes into it?! Now they will know why we take so long. Maybe we shouldn't let them in on this....dressing up is soo much fun :)
  10. Periods.....or an equivalent. Something that would put them out of commission for a weak. ((it's only fair) ;-)

  1. i love the one about how much thought goes into a night's outfit!! it doesnt take me as long as most, but there are the questions: if i dance for real will my goodies come out? did i wear this last time? are there pictures recently posted of me in this? do i always wear something like this? is it too low? is it too boring? am i leaving to early in the day to be in a dress this short? what are my friends wearing? will i look like we are all going to the same place? will i get hot? will i be cold? will sweat show thru? is this too dressy? do these colors match for real? where are my earrings? will these work in stead? too much jewelery or is this just right? heels or flats? pants or leggins? is my shirt or dress long enough for leggins(they aren't really pants)? again, will my friends and I look like we are going to the same place, if not, will i look like the hooker following them or the classy girl being followed by hookers? ...etc etc etc.

  2. Yes, yes!! I don't think they realize how much thought goes into getting ready. There is a process.. and the most important question is do my friends and I look like we're going to the same place? Followed by the hooker/classy girl conundrum. HAhaha
